And then the two Raritys went on a double-date with the Pinkie Pies.

This was a fun exercise with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop CS6. A few personality quirks to each program, but much improved over my old CS3.

Hardest part was the Carousel Boutique background, which I drew using screenshots from Ponyville Confidential. But it was fun to draw a custom name for Rarity. Planning on doing the same for other characters.

Update: I never did thank the good folks at Equestria Daily for featuring this on their site, or the multitude of people who faved and commented. It's a great encouragement to see my work inspire such activity, and hopefully inspire other people's creativity. Thanks to all!
